A recent study found that nearly 60 percent of parents think their teens are “addicted” to the Internet—and 52 percent of the children surveyed think they’re addicted, too. In a recent segment, a panel of expertsdiscussed the scale of the issue for young people in America, and new efforts to help kids who compulsively use computers and mobile phones.
